It's been my experience that the Baron, with his Bodyguards, seems to linger in the NW sector. The Fisher drops the Thieves Cloak and Sword (lvl 10), The Militiaman drops Blue Gauntlets and Ruby Officers Rings (lvl 60), The Militiaman Leader the Roman Belt (lvl 60) and Ruby Warriors Ring (lvl 75), The Bodyguard has the Dark Generals Helm and Generals Surcoat (lvl 90), the Old Ruby Miner drops Light Giants Gauntlets and Ruby Giants Rings (lvl 100), and the Baron gives up the Crusaders Helm and Ruby Avatars Ring (lvl 140).
